Product Description

This customization option allows you to add 2-inch twill sewn-on letters to the sleeve of your garment. These letters have a glue backing that is heated into place first on the sleeve so there are no bubbles, then each layer is sewn down. There is an option to add 1 or 2 color letters on the back. If you'd like to add 1-color letters select NONE in the border color drop-down. Once you select the colors you would like to use, you need to change the quantity to the amount of letters used in the word. I.E. - photo shows Line 1: VFD, Line 2: L6, this would be quantity of 5. The maximum amount of letters on one line is 3 letters. If you are having letters on more than 1 line, just specify in the box Line 1: and Line 2:. Maximum amount of lines: 2. Selecting this option will add 2-3 business days to the delivery time.

Logo Method: Applique / Twill

Pieces of tackle twill, or fabric, are cut then heat-pressed onto the garments and finally sewn-own for a classic look. Jerseys, varsity and letterman jackets are the common apparel type for this customization. This customization option gives a vintage look that is great for traditional greek letter apparel and personalizing the sleeves on hoodies or jackets.
